DigiVis
Operator workplace software improves visualization and decision support through seamless integration.
DigiVis meets all standard requirements relating to process visualization under Windows at an attractive price. Amongst other things, DigiVis offers the following visualization options: dualmonitor operation, graphic displays, faceplates for operator intervention, also in group displays, trend displays, automatically generated system display for hardware diagnostics, area specific message list, sequential function charts, shift logs, event logs, and data archiving. DigiVis configuration is fully integrated into Control Builder F.
Panel 800
Panel 800 is a user-friendly, intuitive and ergonomic operator panel that combines slim, space saving dimensions with a comprehensive range of advanced functions.
All panels are equipped with advanced functionality for process and equipment control, maneuvered either by function keys located next to the screen or by touching the LCD display. Combined with market leading performance and stunning graphical ability, the Panel 800 erodes the line between ordinary Operator Panels and PC based HMIs.
Panel 800 consists of a modern powerful hardware platform, which enables a very limited mounting depth. The frame is made of powder-coated aluminum, giving the panels a very robust look-and-feel. The front enclosure is designed to withstand demanding industrious usage according to the IP66 standard. The panels have also been certified by DNV and UL.
Generic OPC
Freelance supports communication via OPC which enables you to integrate 3rd party controllers or any other type of equipment or systems that supports this technology.
Freelance provides an OPC gateway (server), which allows OPC clients to access data and alarms from the Freelance controllers. The DigiVis operator station has a built-in OPC client, which permits you to access data from external OPC servers. Using this, for example, data from third-party controllers with OPC support can be integrated into a custom graphic in DigiVis.
As several OPC gateways can be used in the Freelance system, server redundancy can be established using OPC clients that support this function. The Control Builder F engineering software supports this with the redundant OPC gateway configuration.
SCADAVantage
SCADAvantageTM is a distributed, real-time, SCADA system that supports day-to-day operations and enables corporate functions through the widespread distribution of real-time and historical information.
